South Jeolla’s regional festivals are hoping to go global by collaborating with Thailand’s Songkran Water Festival and Vietnam’s Dalat Flower Festival.
According to the Korean Foreign Ministry on Tuesday, the two men and two women were in Da Lat, the capital of Lam Dong Province, when their jeep turned over.
